- Unclaimed Deposit accounts are accounts which have not been operated for last 10 years. To view your account details, please click on following link & search your name as maintained in the Bank records.

Application /claim format
Classification of Inoperative Accounts (Saving Bank & Current Accounts)
- A saving / current account shall be treated as inoperative, if there is no “Customer induced transactions” in the account for a period of over two years.
Customer induced transactions is defined as follows: -
- Financial transaction: initiated by customer or by third party at the behest of the account holder shall be considered and account will not be inoperative for further two years, from transaction date.
- Non-financial transaction: If a customer made an enquiry or request for any product/ services through ATM, Mobile banking, Internet Banking or through any third party application or successful login in Mobile Banking / Internet Banking, or change in transaction limit, balance enquiry, request for issue cheque book/ debit card /credit card, nomination facility etc. this will be considered as Non—financial transaction and account will not be inoperative for further two years.
OR,
- KYC updation done through branch or using digital channels such as internet banking or mobile banking application of the bank.
Process to follow to operationalise the account
- Account holders to visit the Bank branch in person.
- A letter to be submitted to the branch requesting to change the account status from Inoperative to Active indicating the reason for not operating the account in the past along with
i. Passbook
ii. Recent passport size photograph
iii. ID document as per the acceptable list of ID documents.
iv. Address documents as per acceptable list of documents.
