Unclaimed Deposits

SOP for lodging claim of Unclaimed Deposits

1. Search the account on  Bank’s corporate website.

2. If the account is found, visit the home branch.

3. Submit the following documents to the branch:-

a) Application of claiming the funds of the account.

b) Copy of Passbook front page.

c) Latest KYC documents-any of the following- PAN, Adhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License.

d) FDR/CDR receipt if the account is Term Deposit.

e) If the account holder is deceased then submit the Death Certificate and complete the Deceased Claim formalities.
