• The recruitment process at Bank of Maharashtra is to be as per the guidelines defined by the Government of India
• Current guidelines mandate that the recruitment of Probationary Officers and Clerks will take place through Institute of Banking Personnel Selection only
• For the recruitment of specialist officers, the Bank can employ employees either through IBPS or use its own process
