With the goodwill and trust of our 18 million customers and well-wishers the Bank has crossed the milestone of Rs.200,000 crores in total business achieving a business level of Rs.207,171 Crores as on 31.03.2014.The Bank now has a Pan India presence with a branch network of 1890 branches spread across all States & Union territories.

To serve the customers better & enhance the customer service the Bank has taken up a Business Transformation Programme called “Utkarsha”. Under this initiative the Bank would be introducing value added products to meet the needs of different segments of customers. Recently we have introduced “Royal Savings account” which has many value added features as compared to normal savings account. “Mahalabh” a term deposit product offers a better yield as compared to other term deposit products in the industry.

Under the “Utkarsha” initiative we are simplifying & standardizing the existing processes so as to bring in ease of operations and reduce turnaround time. The bank already has a robust technology platform in place which provides ATM cum debit card transactions, internet banking, e-payment of Central taxes, online trading, Instant transfer of funds, across the country through the Real Time Gross Settlement and NEFT. The Bank has introduced “Mahasecure” a digital banking application which will provide secured access to internet banking for both retail & corporate customers & protect internet banking users from online attacks. Mobile banking is proposed as a thrust area to make it more user friendly & capable of running on any platform.

To offer our customers an array of financial products under one roof, the Bank has a tied up with LIC & United India for distributing Life insurance & Non- Life Insurance respectively. The Bank has an arrangement to sell the Mutual Fund products through its branches.

The Bank is a designated bank for payment of Registration fees & stamp duty in Maharashtra. The payment can be made online or over the counter at designated branches of the Bank in Maharashtra State.
